Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products manufactured or supplied by us. As we operate in the food manufacturing and private-label space, these terms are designed to ensure safety, fairness, and operational clarity.

By placing an order or engaging in business with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Products

All products manufactured and supplied by us are food items. Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, food products cannot be resold or reused once dispatched.

As a result, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by stricter conditions than general consumer goods.

2. Order Confirmation & Finalisation

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • Specifications (product, recipe, pack size, quantity, pricing) are agreed in writing, and

  • A purchase order (PO) or written confirmation is received, and

  • Any agreed advance payment is made

Once an order is confirmed, raw material procurement and production planning begin.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Production Begins

Cancellations may be considered only if production has not started and raw materials have not been procured specifically for the order.

Any costs already incurred (such as sampling, trials, procurement, or preparation) will be deducted before processing a refund, if applicable.

b. After Production Has Started

Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

This includes situations where:

  • Raw materials have been procured

  • Production batches have been scheduled

  • Manufacturing or packaging has commenced

In such cases, the full order value remains payable.

4. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once products have been dispatched from our facility.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold stock

  • Market or demand issues

  • Packaging preferences

  • Minor taste variations within agreed specifications

5. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects

We take quality seriously. In the rare event of a genuine manufacturing defect, we will review the matter fairly.

A return or replacement may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and stored as per recommended conditions

  • Clear photographic or video evidence is provided

  • Batch number and invoice details are shared

Each case will be evaluated individually. Our decision after inspection and verification will be final.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Order cancellation approved before production

  • Verified manufacturing defects where replacement is not feasible

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and may be adjusted for:

  • Raw material costs already incurred

  • Packaging or processing costs

  • Logistics or handling charges, if applicable

Refunds are issued via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

7. No Liability for Indirect Losses

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of sales

  • Loss of profits

  • Distributor or retailer disputes

  • Unsold inventory

  • Market performance of the product

Our responsibility is limited strictly to manufacturing as per agreed specifications.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, regulatory actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will apply to all orders and engagements.
